When faced with a bare table, we are generally tempted to arrange something in the middle. This reassuring gesture, guided by our innate sense of order and balance, highlights the ideal focal point of the tabletop and also helps define the perimeter of the area of use.
Starting from this intention, the concept of table centrepieces has developed over time: these decorative yet functional objects are usually quite valuable, in terms of workmanship or material.
The “Journey to the Centre of the Table” exhibition comes forward as a colourful, fascinating composition of natural stone tables comprising tabletops made from slabs and finely crafted centrepieces using the most advanced CNC technologies.
An extraordinary journey into the world of marble and natural stone, revealing a wide range of colours and specific features, evidenced by the two-dimensional slabs and three-dimensional versions of design objects.
